Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals
- Create and curate high-quality content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
- Manage and grow social media accounts, build and maintain social media communities, and engage with users in a timely manner
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc. to schedule and publish content, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to improve the visibility and reach of social media content
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing channels to inform strategy and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, PR, and marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Work with external agencies to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with the target audience
- Measure and report on the success of content and social media campaigns using relevant tools and KPIs
- Continuously test and optimize content and social media campaigns to improve engagement and drive results
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience and professional content curation
- 1+ years of professional work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a relevant field is preferred
- Proven track record of growing, retaining, and engaging social audiences
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc
- Understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with creative teams to produce high-quality visual content
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns using the right tools and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovationPassion for the travel and aviation industry is a plus
